A rare opportunity for a dynamic Residential Aged Care Manager to join a leader in Aged Care located in New South Wales who are values and purpose driven with a commitment to meeting the needs of their residents. This role requires a leader who with support from management will deliver excellence through day-to-day operational management of this 5 Star beautifully appointed facility which is running smoothly.
- Day to day operational management of the medium sized facility
- Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services
- Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of the organisation

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements

Budgeting and financial management and staff management
- Ensure outstanding customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff
- Experience as a Residential Aged Care Manager working within residential Aged Care
- Current AHPRA Registration is desirable

Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards/Governance
- Understanding of day to day operational management of a facility
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
