We are seeking a dedicated Scheduling Officer to work for an AMAZING Residential Aged Care facility based NOR. You will work alongside the finance team who will offer you great support and training. The facility is well regarded, value their staff and embrace a positive culture. They are a strong supportive team who will encourage and support your growth.
This position will suit someone who is experienced working in a fast paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills who is willing to think outside of the box when scheduling. If you have a keen eye for detail and are looking to further your career then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Complete scheduling activities while meeting deadlines
- Responsible for doing permanent rostering for up to 140 staff
- Answer enquiries regarding rosters and leave
- Liaise with Facility Manager on rostering updates
- Liaise with Payroll regarding leave entitlements
- Database Updates
- Ad Hoc administration duties
The Successful Candidate:
- Scheduling experience – aged care experience
- Ability to identify, problem solve and implement solutions
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritise and have outstanding time management
- Current influenza and COVID vaccinations
- Current National Police Clearance
