About the Role:
Seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to join an aged care team that is welcoming and supportive. We can cater to all workforce types whether your looking for short term, long term or permanent employment. Flexible working arrangements – pick your days, work Monday to Friday, no shift work.

The Role:
- Conduct thorough assessments, create personalised care plans, and implement effective strategies for your clients
- Provide equipment assessments and recommendations to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes
- Maintain accurate records to ensure seamless care coordination
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants
- Assess residents’ capabilities and preferences, and set realistic, achievable goals.
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise and support therapy assistants.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
The Successful Candidate:
- Roles available for New Grads and experienced candidates
- Current AHPRA registration minimum
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Current Influenza and COVID vaccinations
