Salary: $150K + Super (Depending on experience)

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join a collaborative and values-driven team.
Working with clients across a broad range of presentations, you will have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to align with your clinical interests while receiving ongoing support, supervision, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
- Support clients presenting with eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, neurodiversity, anxiety, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns.
- Conduct psychological assessments, case formulation, and treatment planning.
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reports in line with AHPRA and Medicare requirements.
- Liaise with GPs, psychiatrists, dietitians, schools, and other allied health professionals to support positive client outcomes.
- Participate in peer supervision, case discussions, and professional development activities.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Current Clinical Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA or be undertaking a Clinical Psychology Registrar Program.
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Experience or a genuine interest in one or more of the following areas:
- Eating Disorders
- Body Image
- Trauma
- Neurodiversity
- Psychological Assessment
- Training in at least one evidence-based therapeutic modality such as CBT, CBT-E, ACT, DBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, or Internal Family Systems (IFS).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
Highly Regarded
- Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician status or willingness to undertake further training.
- EMDR or Schema Therapy training.
- Experience conducting ADHD and Autism assessments.
- Experience delivering services via Telehealth.
- Availability for occasional Saturday work.
