- SALARY: $180K + SUPER
The Opportunity:
Our client is an Australian owned company in the mining, civil and commercial construction industry. Nationally accredited for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards, they have a fantastic reputation for their project delivery and management systems. The position:
Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of the project across a 3+ year lifecycle as a permanent employee of the business.
The Requirements:
- Tertiary Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
- Extensive experience in a Senior Contracts Administrator role within civil projects
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on risk management and project delivery
- Demonstrated experience in financial management and month-end reporting
- In-depth knowledge of earthmoving plant, productivity, and utilisation rates
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong capability in data entry and documentation management
