Our client is a major privately owned civil contractor delivering transformational infrastructure across Australia. They are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to play a pivotal role on a landmark transport project in the south-eastern corridor of Perth.

You will take ownership of contractual and financial matters on one of Perth’s most significant civil construction programs, lead commercial and contact management activities across the project and provide leadership and mentorship to junior commercial team members.

The Requirements:

  • Strong experience in commercial management within major civil infrastructure.
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, finance, accounting, legal, or business (preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead contract administration and financial governance on complex, large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communicator with strong commercial acumen and leadership capability.
  • Based South of the River (SOR) with reliable access to the project office.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead commercial and contract management activities across the project.
  • Manage and administer head contracts, subcontract agreements, and supplier arrangements.
  • Ensure contractual compliance while proactively identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
  • Drive value and commercial performance across all project streams.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior commercial team members.
