Senior Contracts Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join a leading contractor on a major Defence civil infrastructure project based north of the river in Perth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Senior Contracts Administrator to take on a key commercial role within a significant infrastructure project, working closely with the project team to support the successful delivery of the works.
The Opportunity
- Major Defence civil infrastructure project with an anticipated three-year duration

The Role
You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the project, including subcontract administration, procurement, variations, claims, cost control and commercial reporting. Working closely with the project delivery team, you will play a key role in managing contractual obligations, mitigating commercial risks and supporting the successful delivery of the project.
About You
- Previous experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator within civil construction or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of subcontract management, variations, claims and commercial reporting
- Experience working on major civil infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute effectively within a project team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to commercial management
