Senior Exploration Geologist

Senior Exploration Geologist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Exploration Geologists to support the planning and execution of exploration programs across multiple client projects. The role will focus on target generation, drilling program design, and geological interpretation to support resource growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage exploration drilling programs (RC, diamond, aircore)

  • Conduct geological mapping, sampling, and drill logging

  • Interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to generate targets

  • Develop and refine geological models

  • Manage field programs and drilling contractors

  • Mentor junior geologists and contribute to exploration strategy

Requirements

  • Degree in Geology or related discipline

  • ~7+ years exploration experience

  • Experience with exploration software (Leapfrog, Micromine, Datamine or similar)

  • Ability to work in remote field environments
