Senior HSE Advisor
The Opportunity:
Our client is a long-standing and well-respected name in the WA civil engineering and construction sector, known for delivering high-quality results across metro projects. With a strong pipeline of work and a practical, boots-on-ground safety culture, they are seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join their growing team.
This is a Monday to Friday role, covering various metro sites, predominantly NOR. You’ll be partnering directly with site teams to drive safety outcomes, perform audits, lead toolbox talks, and ensure compliance across multiple active sites in the metro area.
The Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a similar HSE role within civil construction environments including roads, utilities and/or subdivisions.

Strong understanding of WA safety legislation and best practices.

Proven experience conducting site audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.

Confident communicator with a practical, down-to-earth approach.

Ability to build trust and rapport with site crews and management.
