Our client is a respected not-for-profit delivering youth mental health services across regional Queensland. They are seeking three Senior Mental Health Clinicians to join their Youth Enhanced Services (YES) program, supporting young people aged 12-25 with complex mental health needs.

The Role
You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy to young people while also providing clinical leadership and mentoring to junior clinicians. The role is flexible and community-based, with options to work from home, in community settings, or from a clinical office.
Key responsibilities include:
– Delivering therapy using CBT, DBT, ACT and related modalities
– Supporting and mentoring junior clinicians
– Working collaboratively with families, schools, and local services
– Maintaining clinical documentation and service targets

About You
You will ideally have:
– Experience providing therapy to adolescents
– Strong understanding of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice
– Experience using CBT, DBT and ACT
– Relevant tertiary qualifications eg. and current professional registration
