Clinical Lead
Location: Gold Coast, QLD
Position: Full-Time/Part-Time Permanent

About the Opportunity
An established community-focused organisation is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering youth mental health and wellbeing services across the Gold Coast region.
This leadership position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, supporting a team of health professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving positive outcomes for young people accessing support services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and support to a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Ensure quality service delivery and compliance with relevant clinical governance frameworks
  • Support the coordination of care for young people with complex needs
  • Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders and referral partners
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practice
  • Monitor service performance, reporting requirements, and operational outcomes

About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or a related discipline
  • Current professional registration where applicable
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within mental health, community services, or allied health settings
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, evidence-based practice, and multidisciplinary service delivery
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and people management skills
  • Current Driver’s Licence and ability to obtain required screening clearances
