The Opportunity:

Join a market-leading civil construction contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex, high-value road and earthworks projects across Western Australia. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to work on major civil projects valued up to $50 million, with a focus on road infrastructure and earthworks. Reporting directly to the project manager, you’ll leverage your experience in MRWA standards to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project execution for road infrastructure and earthworks projects.
  • Work closely with the project manager and lead a skilled team in delivering complex project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all standards, including MRWA specifications.
  • Oversee budget, timelines, subcontractors, and all QA/QC processes to achieve top-quality deliverables.

What You’ll Need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in civil or mechanical engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects in Australia.
  • Proven expertise in managing projects valued at $30-$50 million.
  • Strong references from prior roles, showcasing a stable and impactful career.
  • Prior experience with MRWA projects is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for delivering excellence.
