The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading contractor recognised for delivering exceptional water infrastructure projects across NSW and QLD. With a strong reputation in the industry, they are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their Queensland team and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple high-value projects.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of water infrastructure projects, including utilities, pipelines, and pump stations. You will work closely with a dedicated Project Manager and be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects ranging in value from $2M to $20M. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled engineer who is ready to step into a role with increased responsibility and progression.

Projects are in South Brisbane, so you will be home every night – no FIFO or DIDO required.

Minimum Requirements for the Role:

  • Recognised degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Demonstrated site experience including management of subcontractors.
  • 5 + years of experience in water infrastructure, utilities, pipelines, and pump stations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the capability to dive right in.
