Senior Project Engineer
- $175k + UPLIFT + SUPER

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team working across major water infrastructure projects in Western Australia.
This is a key site-based role where you will take ownership of engineering delivery across planning, execution, and project controls, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.
About the role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end engineering coordination and delivery of civil and water infrastructure works, including:
- Managing design coordination and constructability reviews
- Overseeing construction methodology, sequencing, and delivery planning
- Leading QA/QC processes and ensuring compliance with specifications
- Supporting cost control, forecasting, and progress reporting
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating site teams
- Driving program performance and identifying risks early
- Working closely with project managers and client representative
This role is a mix of FIFO, DIDO, and Metro-based work, depending on project requirements.
About you
You are a hands-on delivery-focused engineer with strong leadership capability and a solid background in civil or water infrastructure projects. You will bring:
- Proven experience in water infrastructure / piping / utilities / civil construction
- Background in delivering projects from early works through to completion
- Strong commercial awareness (costs, variations, claims, forecasting)
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead engineers and site teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and reporting capability
- Water Corporation experience is essential
