Senior Project Engineer – Rail (Concrete)

About The Project:

Your Role:
We are currently sourcing a Senior Project Engineer to join the Track Slab/Concrete team. Reporting into the Area Manager, you’ll be accountable for coordinating on-site construction engineering activities to achieve project time and budget objectives.
Your key responsibilities include;
- Management of the civil construction scope of works for projects and ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards
- Provide technical guidance to project team to ensure compliance with construction specifications and standards
- Leading and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in construction planning and objectives
- Maintaining project documentation related to scope of works, including quality documentation, progress reports, risk assessments and plans
- Reporting to management on the progress and status of projects
About You:
- A recognised degree in Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in large multi-facet projects.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with concrete.
- Leadership ability to provide mentorship to direct reports.
- Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning and reporting on progress, cost and risk.
- Demonstrated personal commitment to health and safety.
