The opportunity…

This is an amazing opportunity for a Senior / Project Manager to deliver a $100m resources project in the Northwest of Australia. This opportunity will see you working with a thriving tier 2 civil contractor who has history and extensive capability delivering challenging civil infrastructure projects nationally. Our client has a very strong pipeline of freshly awarded projects which is stimulating career growth and opportunities within the business.

What we are searching for….

We are searching for a high calibre Senior / Project Manager who can demonstrate your capability through your performance, by performance we are talking about solid leadership skills, ability to build effective relationships both with the client, sub-contractors and internal staff both up and down the chain. You will have experience delivering resources and infrastructure projects in Australia, you will demonstrate strong commercial and contractual acumen and have the experience and skills to review opportunities to maximise the probability of your projects while taking your clients “on the journey” working in partnership and collaboratively for best outcomes for all parties. It is critical that your career has seen you working for the delivery side contractors and not on the client side.

Other than working with one of the most respected contractors in Australia with strong retention rates you will be offered a market leading package. Depending on your experience the base salary range will start at $240k through to $300k + uplift + Super which equated to a TFR of circa $350k – $420 including uplift and super.
