Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of CA’s aswell as the commercial aspects behind construction projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and mitigate risks.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial/industrial construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience working with clients and stakeholders to build strong, long-term relationships.
  • CHEOPS & Procore experience advantageous.
