Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a tier-one contractor delivering a major infrastructure project for a leading resources client. This is a permanent opportunity with the initial project running for 18-24 months, offering the chance to lead a high-value, technically complex project from design through to construction delivery.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a flagship project, working alongside a collaborative design and construction team on critical infrastructure that forms a key part of a significant regional development program.

As Senior Project Manager, you will have full accountability for the delivery of a circa $200M civil project, overseeing a multidisciplinary team across design, construction, and subcontract management phases. You will drive performance across a white and blue collar workforce, manage key subcontractor and supplier relationships, and ensure delivery in line with program, budget, and quality requirements.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large-scale civil infrastructure projects ($100M+)
  • Experience managing EPC-model projects with direct and subcontracted works
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive high-performing project teams (white collar and blue collar)
  • Exposure to resources sector or remote area project delivery highly regarded
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, preliminaries, and subcontract packages
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong tenure in previous roles and/or reputable industry references required
