Senior Project Manager – FIFO – NPI

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of NPI and building-focused construction projects within the mining/resources sector

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and performance targets

  • Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure excellence in delivery

  • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold company reputation on site

  • Drive safety, quality, and compliance across all aspects of project execution

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Project Management within NPI or building construction projects (mining/resources experience highly regarded)

  • Proven ability to deliver projects in remote environments under FIFO/DIDO conditions

  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
