The opportunity
Due to continued demand for our services, we are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants, Senior Consultants, Principal Consultants and Team Leaders to join our established and growing team.
You will work on a warm desk across both contract and permanent placements, supported by a long-standing client base, strong systems and a highly capable administration function.

About you
Ideally, you will bring:
- Experience in either a 180 or 360-degree recruitment role
- A genuine desire to deliver successful outcomes for clients and candidates
- A curious / growth mindset and openness to developing your skills and career
- Commercial understanding of recruitment
- Ability to build quality, long-term relationships
- Strong understanding of where you can add value
- Sense of urgency and a self-motivated approach
- Accountability, professionalism and strong business ethics
