The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own specialist healthcare desk, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse healthcare portfolio including Mental Health, Hospitals, Nursing, General Practice and Regional & Remote healthcare, delivering both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from business development through to placement.
• Developing and maintaining strong client partnerships across the healthcare sector.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality healthcare professionals.
• Growing your candidate network through proactive sourcing and relationship management.
• Negotiating offers, managing placements and providing ongoing support to clients and candidates.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the Healthcare division while mentoring and supporting team success.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare, or a strong healthcare background with a passion for recruitment.
• A proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A resilient, self-motivated approach and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
• A mindset that aligns with our core values of Accountability, Perseverance, Support and Growth.
