An internationally recognised Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Services Manager / Services Manager to join its growing project delivery team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and specialist services throughout project delivery.
• Manage consultants, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless services integration.
• Drive programme, quality, commissioning, and handover outcomes.
• Identify and manage project risks while maintaining commercial and contractual objectives.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and mentor junior engineers and services staff.

About You

You will have experience delivering major commercial, industrial, healthcare, infrastructure, or data centre projects with a recognised Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 contractor.

You’ll also bring:

• Strong experience managing complex MEP services packages.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
