We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead delivery on a landmark, large-scale $1B development. This is a number one on-site role with a highly respected and well-established organisation known for delivering complex, high-value projects.

About the Role:

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Drive programme, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance
  • Work closely with a high-performing and experienced leadership team
  • Take full ownership of site operations on a major $200M+ project

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on projects valued at $200M+
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record delivering large, complex builds successfully
  • Passion for safety, quality, and programme excellence
