Our Client:
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join a renowned leading NFP located south of the river. This is a senior role whereby you will support the Head of Clinical and Residential Services in the overall operation of multiple residential facilities. This is a unique one-off leadership role with a progressive provider who is values driven and seeking a leader who wishes to empower those living with neurological conditions to live their best life. You will interact with Residential Managers and staff, the leadership team, funding and finance teams, data, analytics and reporting teams and the people and culture team in a shared vision to deliver high quality services. This is a dynamic role where you will support excellence, ensure compliance, improve systems, drive improvement, foster sustainability, deliver reports and lead and support. Key Responsibilities to optimise residential services for the clients:

Identify improvements to service delivery for residential clients

Support Residential Managers and their teams re: budget/ finance management, employee training and ensuring quality of client services

Ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards and other regulations

Manage and support continuous improvement initiatives
-
Review and implement efficient systems, processes and procedures that support the delivery of service

Support the Residential Managers with change management
-
Develop key strategies and operational plans alongside the Manager of Clinical and Residential Services
-
Monthly reporting on budget, finance management, employee training, quality service measures and improvement initiatives
-
Relief cover for residential and respite sites
-
Assist with commissioning of new residential sites
-
Represent residential services and the organisation on committees and working parties
To be successful in this role:
-
Be a dynamic, results driven leader with experience within a similar environment
-
NDIS residential programs (SIL and STA)
-
Tertiary qualification in disability sector or health industry is desirable
-
Good working knowledge of the NDIS in particular residential programs
-
Have sound knowledge of all aspects of the NDIS, Practice Standards, costing and evaluation
-
Leadership skills and working across multiple departments and remote teams
-
Ability to manage incidents and complaints
-
Ability to support and mentor teams
-
Budgeting planning and NDIS funding levels competence and finance management experience
-
Ability to manage and capacity build a diverse workforce
-
Current Driver’s Licence as to travel to homes across Perth and regionally
-
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
-
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
-
NDIS worker screening check
