Service Supervisor

SERVICE SUPERVISOR WANTED!!!

  • Metro Work – Home Every Night
  • Permanent role from day one
  • Monday – Friday, no weekends!

About The Role

As the Service Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians in delivering excellent services across Perth Metro locations as well as playing a significant role in the companies wider HVAC services/solutions.

Skills & Experience

  • You will have Commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems experience and knowledge
  • Experience in a similar leadership role is highly desired
  • You will have experience with complex quotes/submitting service quotes, project execution, job planning, site inspections.
  • Experience managing a team of technicians/subcontractors
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Central Plant experience and a Solid Understanding of Workplace health and safety principles

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Australian-recognized HVAC Trade Certificate and relevant licenses, such as a WA Restricted Electrical License.
  • Australian Drivers’ License
