Site Engineer

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Site Engineer to join a highly respected construction company delivering a major $120M+ high-rise project in the CBD. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience on a landmark development while being supported by an experienced project team.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and site teams, gaining exposure across all stages of construction. This role offers excellent upskilling, career development, and long-term progression within a business known for delivering complex, high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day site engineering activities

  • Coordinate subcontractors and monitor construction progress

  • Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work

  • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with quality, safety, and program requirements

  • Support cost control, procurement, and reporting activities

  • Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering

  • 1+ year experience in a Site Engineer or Engineering role within construction

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a high-performing project team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
