This is a strong opportunity for a motivated and experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join a highly respected commercial/industrial builder known for delivering standout results across large format retail, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Your Role

As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving the on-site delivery of the project

  • Managing subcontractors, site safety, quality, and daily operations

  • Reporting into the Project Manager

  • Maintaining high standards across timelines, budgets, and compliance

  • Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects upwards of $15M

  • Strong leadership, site coordination, and safety management skills

  • Excellent communication and ability to drive productivity on site

  • A proactive mindset and commitment to quality outcomes
