Site Manager – $40M Education Project | Rockingham

About the Company
With over three decades of proven success across commercial, education, health, and mixed-use sectors, our client is a respected and well-established Tier 2 builder known for delivering high-quality projects across WA. Their reputation is built on quality and results.

Currently delivering a landmark $40M education project in Rockingham, they’re looking to welcome an experienced Site Manager to join the team and play a key role in its successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of all site activities

  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to meet program targets

  • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance are upheld

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

  • Drive project milestones and handover goals

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial/education projects ($20M+)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Solid knowledge of WA construction regulations and best practices

  • A team-focused attitude with a commitment to quality and safety

  • Trade background or relevant qualifications highly regarded
