SITE MANAGER | SENIOR SITE MANAGER

About the Company:

A WA owned and operated commercial construction company with a strong history of delivering a diverse range of projects up to $80M. They partner with their clients during the early design phase to help shape the design, cost plan and construction methodology of projects. They offer a range of delivery methods from traditional construction through to D&C they can tailor their approach to suit the individual clients’ timeframes and budgets.

Delivering projects in the Perth metro region, they are currently looking for a Site Manager to lead an experienced and well-resourced team on an existing $40m project through to delivery. Strong pipeline of projects to move onto after this.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have proven experience working as a Lead Site Manager on commercial projects $30M + for a main contractor
  • Previous experience delivering projects in a live environment E.g. School, hospital, airport, retail etc
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Natural leader and motivator
  • Strong tenure with previous employers
  • Full Australian working rights are required
  • Local WA experience preferred
