Opportunity to joing one of Perth’s most respected Tier 3 commercial builders, who are organically and sustainably expanding into the Tier 2 space. With over 30 years of success delivering high-quality projects across WA, they offer stability, strong leadership, and a healthy pipeline of upcoming work.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established, financially secure builder with a reputation for quality delivery, long-term relationships, and repeat clients. Their projects range up to $70M, spanning healthcare, government, education, community, and commercial sectors – and no apartments.

They take pride in maintaining a positive, team-focused culture, backed by robust systems, clear processes, and quick decision-making that empower their teams on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and program targets are met

  • Join a $20M aged-care project

  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively

  • Build strong working relationships with project teams and clients

  • Drive site performance and delivery

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, and procedures

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience delivering commercial construction projects upwards of $10M+

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
