Site Manager

Site Manager | Commercial Construction

We are partnered with leading construction companies across Western Australia that are committed to excellence and quality in every project they deliver. Opportunities are available across a diverse range of sectors, including hotels, healthcare, aged care, retail, apartments and industrial developments, with project values ranging from $5m to $100m.

We are seeking Site Managers to lead experienced site teams on high-profile projects from start to finish, with a strong forward pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities across large developments.
  • Prepare and execute site management strategies, construction programs and cost controls.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors and clients to ensure design intent and project requirements are achieved.
  • Track project progress and workmanship, ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental and building standards.
  • Lead, coordinate and motivate site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to maintain programme and productivity.
  • Run regular site coordination meetings and provide clear progress updates to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate site records and ensure all safety and compliance procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Site Manager role delivering complex commercial projects from inception to completion with head contractors.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodology, WHS requirements and quality assurance standards.
  • Strong leadership capability with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects within demanding timeframes.
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Full working rights in Australia is essential, no sponsorship is being offered for these positions.
