Site Manager

Tier 3 – Tier 1 Builders | Diverse Project Portfolio | Long-Term Opportunities

I’m currently recruiting multiple Site Manager positions across the Perth market, partnering with a range of reputable Tier 3 through to Tier 1 commercial builders.

With strong pipelines of secured work across 2026 and beyond, these businesses are seeking experienced Site Managers who can take ownership of projects and drive successful on-site delivery.

The Projects

You’ll have the opportunity to lead diverse commercial builds ranging from $10M – $1B, including:

  • High-rise construction

  • Multi-residential developments

  • Education (schools & tertiary facilities)

  • Industrial projects

  • Healthcare facilities

Projects range from mid-tier commercial builds through to landmark, large-scale developments across WA.

The Role

Depending on the scale of project and your level of experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Full site management and coordination of subcontractors

  • Programme management and short-term lookahead planning

  • Driving site safety and compliance (HSEQ)

  • Managing site teams, supervisors and trades

  • Quality control and defect management

  • Coordination with Project Managers and Contracts Administrators

  • Client and consultant liaison

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within programme

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager with a commercial builder in Australia

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  • Solid understanding of programme management and sequencing

  • Commitment to site safety and quality outcomes

  • Ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholder relationships effectively

  • Trade background or relevant construction qualification preferred
