The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day site operations on a major commercial project, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, and built to the highest quality standards. Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and a high-performing project team, you’ll have the support and autonomy to make an impact while building your long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Drive site safety and ensure compliance with all WHS requirements.
• Monitor programme, quality, and productivity to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain strong communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
• Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative site culture.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodology, safety, and quality.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills.
