An opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established mid-tier commercial builder with over 30 years of successful project delivery across WA.

With a strong pipeline of secured work, the business delivers a diverse portfolio across education, government, healthcare, multi-residential and community sectors, ranging up to $80M. Projects are supported by well-resourced delivery teams, established systems and clear processes, allowing Site Managers to focus on driving successful project outcomes.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager, CA and wider project team, you will take ownership of day-to-day site delivery from construction through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day site operations and construction activities
• Coordinating and driving subcontractors and trades
• Managing programme, sequencing and site logistics
• Maintaining high standards across safety, quality and workmanship
• Identifying and resolving site issues to keep works progressing
• Managing site meetings, inspections and project coordination
• Working collaboratively with the project team and key stakeholders
• Driving projects through construction, commissioning and handover

About You

You will be an experienced Site Manager with a strong commercial building background and the ability to confidently take ownership of site delivery.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven Site Manager experience with a commercial head contractor delivering projects $10M+
• Experience delivering commercial and/or multi-residential building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and programming
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of HSE, QA and project delivery requirements
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
