What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on high-profile commercial and industrial projects.
• Leading a team of skilled subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets high standards.
• Keeping projects on track by managing timelines and budgets, delivering on time and within budget.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met and fostering a safety-first culture on-site.
• Tackling problems head-on and finding practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to maintain clear communication and keep everyone on the same page.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects in Australia.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Tilt panel experience is a must
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent communication skills, both on-site and with clients.
