Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations on commercial new build, refurb, fit-out projects up to $10m
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and enforce compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress, quality control, and report to senior management
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment on-site

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment
