Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor / Site Manager – Commercial Construction

We are working with a number of reputable commercial builders and contractors delivering a steady pipeline of new build and fitout projects across the Perth metro area (north or south locations available). With multiple projects valued up to $10m, opportunities are available for experienced Site Supervisors / Site Managers to join growing teams on a range of commercial developments.

Projects span various sectors and environments, offering exposure to both ground-up construction and fast-paced fitout delivery.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to program, and in line with quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising onsite works across new build and fitout projects
  • Coordinating and sequencing subcontractors and trades
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality standards, and project documentation
  • Managing daily site operations, deliveries, and site logistics
  • Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
  • Monitoring progress against program and reporting to the Project Manager
  • Identifying and resolving site issues to maintain program and quality

About You

  • Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects
  • Background in either new build, fitout, or both
  • Strong understanding of trade sequencing and site coordination
  • High attention to safety, quality, and workmanship
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead subcontractors onsite
  • Relevant trade qualification or construction management background preferred
  • Full working rights in Australia (essential)
  • No overseas candidates requiring sponsorship will be considered
