Structrues Site Supervisor – $80M+ Mixed-Use Project

Join a market-leading construction business backed by a larger group, offering long-term security and genuine career progression.

You’ll be part of a high-performing site team delivering an $80M+ mixed-use development, coming through an ECI process and setting up for a smooth construction phase.

  • Established Tier 1-2 style builder with strong financial backing

The role

  • Site Supervisor, looking after structures on a flagship mixed-use project

  • Clear pathway into a Site Manager role

What we’re looking for

  • Proven Site Supervisor experience on projects upwards of $40M

  • Structures expertise, coming from either a sub-contractor or builder

  • Strong trade coordination and safety focus

  • Team-oriented mindset with leadership ambition
