Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor – Tier 1 Builder | $175M Community Development

This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognised builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, large-scale projects across the commercial and mixed-use sectors. The Project

A major $175M community development currently underway, incorporating complex structural packages through to high-end façade delivery and finishes. The project is well resourced with a strong on-site leadership team, experienced project management structure, and established subcontractor network.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee key stages of the build from structures through to façade coordination and delivery. You will work closely with an experienced Project Manager and wider site team to ensure programme, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects upwards of $60M
  • Strong background managing structures, façades, and subcontractor coordination
  • Previous experience with a Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 builder preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery
  • Ability to drive outcomes within a collaborative team environment
