We’re partnering with a well-established and award-winning builder with a strong presence across the Kimberley to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor. With a healthy pipeline of local work and a long-term outlook, this role offers stability, variety and genuine career opportunity.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from site establishment through to completion. Working closely with the project team, you’ll coordinate trades, manage site activities and ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The project portfolio spans $1M to $15M and includes a diverse range of commercial construction projects, including, government, education, transport infrastructure, utilities, and multi-residential.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience supervising construction sites
  • A background in commercial construction, or strong residential experience with the ability to transition into commercial projects
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to safety, quality and programme delivery
  • Sound knowledge of Australian construction practices and WHS requirements
  • A trade qualification or equivalent industry experience
  • A White Card and current driver’s licence
  • Experience using Procore or similar project management software is advantageous
  • Full Australian working rights are essential. Sponsorship is not available for this position
