Company

Our client is a highly regarded Tier 2 commercial builder with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects, specialising in apartments and mixed-use developments. With several projects underway and a strong pipeline of future work offering ongoing projects to move onto, they are now seeking an experienced Finishes Supervisor to join their team and drive excellence through the final stages of delivery.

The Role

As the Finishes Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in managing the final stages of apartment developments north of the river in Perth, ensuring superior quality, attention to detail and a seamless handover. You’ll coordinate multiple finishing trades and subcontractors while maintaining a strong focus on safety, programme and client satisfaction. For those looking to take the next step in their career, there is also the opportunity to progress into a Site Management position within the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating finishing trades across carpentry, ceilings, painting, tiling, flooring, joinery, glazing, waterproofing, cleaning and final fit-off.
  • Overseeing site quality and presentation to the highest standard
  • Managing defect rectification and handover requirements
  • Maintaining strong communication with the Site Manager and Subcontractors
  • Ensuring all works are completed to design and compliance specifications

About You

You’re a proactive and detail-driven site professional who takes pride in a high-quality finished product. You have proven experience supervising finishing or fit-out trades on commercial building projects and enjoy leading by example on site.


You’ll bring:

  • Experience in commercial construction (education, health, mixed-use, government, or apartments)
  • Strong knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing
  • Excellent eye for detail and quality control
  • Sound communication and coordination skills
  • Commitment to safety, timelines, and teamwork
  • Full working rights in Australia (essential)
