We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join one of Perth’s most exciting major community projects, valued at over $150M and spanning structures through to finishes.

This is an opportunity to join a highly sought-after Tier 1 builder with an excellent reputation for delivering major, complex projects and providing genuine career development for its people.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in the delivery of this landmark project, working alongside a highly experienced Senior Site Manager, Site Manager and a strong, well-resourced project team.

This is a genuinely well-supported site environment. You’ll be backed by experienced leadership, capable project staff, strong subcontractor relationships and the resources required to deliver the project to a high standard.

The project is centrally located and provides excellent exposure across the full construction lifecycle – from structure through to services, finishes and final completion.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who takes pride in delivering quality work and wants to be part of a high-performing team.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and site coordination
• The ability to effectively manage subcontractors, trades and site activities
• A strong focus on safety, quality and programme
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A genuine desire to develop and progress your career
