FIFO Social Worker – Community Services
Location: Regional, WA
Job Type: Full-time (3:1 roster – 3 weeks on: one week off)
Salary: $125,000 per annum + super + salary packaging
About the Company
Our client is a respected leader in the healthcare and community services sector, known for improving outcomes across primary care and vulnerable communities. They are seeking a Social Worker to support a key Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence (FDSV) Pilot Program across Western Australia. This is a unique opportunity to join a brand-new program, ideal for someone adaptable, flexible, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment alongside a passionate team leader and supportive colleagues.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Officer to step into a dynamic role offering both challenge and impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning, delivery and evaluation of project activities
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets and risk registers
- Coordinating procurement, contracting and commissioning activities
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
You’ll work closely with Activity Leads and multidisciplinary teams and be a key part of the broader program delivery.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience delivering projects within the health or community services sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
