Family and Domestic Violence Social Worker:

Zenith Search are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Social Workers with experience in Family and Domestic Violence. As a FDV Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing a trauma-informed, person-centred response to individuals and families affected by family and domestic violence (FDV). You will work closely with key partners, to improve the safety and well-being of both child and adult victims.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Triage of FDV incident reports in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Conducting risk assessments and providing ongoing support and case management.
• Delivering culturally appropriate, secure responses to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and communities.
• Advocating for and supporting clients with a strengths-based, child-inclusive approach.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Relevant qualifications in Social Work (Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent).
• Experience in risk assessment and managing cases of FDV.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage sensitively with diverse stakeholders, particularly Aboriginal communities.
• Knowledge of local Kimberley community networks and resources.
• A current National Police Clearance (valid within one year), WA Working with Children Card, and a WA Drivers Licence.
