Social Worker – Various Roles Available
Location: NSW (Regional – 5 hours drive from Adelaide, 1 hour flight)
Job Type: Full-time (Multiple Permanent & Fixed Term Positions Available)
Salary: $85k-$150k + Super (DOE, classification & loadings) + regional allowance + salary packaging options

About the Company

Our client is a trusted and community-focused provider in the healthcare sector, known for delivering high-quality mental health, drug and alcohol, and community-based support services in regional and rural New South Wales. With a commitment to cultural safety, recovery-oriented care, and clinical excellence, they are currently expanding their mental health teams and recruiting for several key roles, including:

• Mental Health Drug & Alcohol Clinician
• New Graduate Social Worker
• Suicide Prevention Outreach Team Clinician
• Senior Social Worker – Inpatient Recovery & Acute Services
• Team Leader – Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)

The Role

These roles offer passionate Social Workers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a range of mental health services in both community and inpatient settings. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will support individuals, families, and communities through trauma-informed, recovery-focused care.

Key responsibilities may include:
* Providing psychosocial assessments, care planning and case management
* Delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals and families
* Engaging with local communities and external agencies to support coordinated care
* Leading or contributing to outreach and early intervention programs
* Supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health outcomes
* Participating in quality improvement, education and clinical supervision initiatives

These roles are highly collaborative and involve working closely with nursing, psychology, medical, and community service professionals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated and compassionate professionals who meet the following:
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, with eligibility for AASW membership (Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse & Registered Psychologist)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  * Cultural competence and experience working in diverse or remote communities
  * A commitment to ethical, person-centred care and continuous professional development
  * A current NSW driver’s licence

Leadership or outreach experience will be highly regarded for senior and team leader roles.
