Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Salary: SCHCADS Level 7 & 8 (120K-140K) + Super + Salary Packaging + relocation assistance (for regional areas)

Our client is a respected leader in the youth mental health sector, known for their commitment to evidence-based practice, team wellbeing, and improving mental health outcomes for young people and their families. They are seeking experienced Clinical Leaders to join their team and lead the coordination and delivery of clinical services that make a meaningful difference.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mental health professional to step into a key leadership role offering both clinical and operational impact across a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include:
· Leading day-to-day clinical operations and service delivery

· Providing clinical supervision and support to staff and private practitioners

· Managing referrals, intake, risk, and care coordination

· Delivering evidence-based psychological therapies to young people aged 12-25

· Supporting clinical governance, student placements, and quality improvement

· You’ll work closely with the Children, Youth & Families Manager and be a key part of the broader leadership team

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
· Experience working in youth mental health and team leadership

– minimum 2 years experience in your field

· Strong clinical skills in triage, assessment, and therapeutic intervention

· Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

· A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing

· Registration with AHPRA or AASW

· A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), Disability Worker Screening (Yellow Card), full COVID-19 vaccination, and a current driver’s licence
