Salary: $74,317.94 – $120,680 + super + salary packaging + relocation support
About the Company
Our client operates within the public healthcare sector and is committed to delivering high-quality mental health services to regional and remote communities. They are looking for a CAMHS Mental Health Clinician to support children, young people and families through community-based mental health care while contributing to improved health outcomes across the region.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Clinician to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll be responsible for delivering community-based assessments, therapeutic interventions and counselling for children and young people aged up to 18 experiencing mental health challenges.
You will also contribute to mental health education, prevention programs and outreach services across the district, supporting families, carers and key community services.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

A degree in Psychology (4-year), Social Work, Mental Health/Health Science or Nursing with relevant professional registration or eligibility

Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering mental health assessment and therapeutic interventions for children and young people in a community setting

Knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Act and the NSW Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act

Strong organisational, communication and intermediate computer skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the district
