Structures Supervisor

I’m currently partnering with a leading national contractor to appoint a Structures Supervisor for one of the largest and most significant developments ever delivered in Western Australia.

This is a $4 billion, city-defining project – genuinely unlike anything previously seen in WA. With over 8 years of secured pipeline on this program alone, this represents rare long-term stability on a technically complex, high-profile build.

The Opportunity

As Structures Supervisor, you will take ownership of significant structural packages across multiple stages of the development. The scale, sequencing, and engineering complexity will challenge and develop you professionally.

You’ll be working within an experienced leadership team in a well-structured environment with clear reporting lines and strong support.

This opportunity would suit someone coming from:

• A structures/formwork subcontractor, or

• A reputable commercial builder delivering projects $60M+

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising large-scale concrete and formwork packages

• Coordinating subcontractors and managing daily structural activities

• Driving program and ensuring key milestones are met

• Maintaining strict safety and QA standards

• Working closely with Project and Site Management teams
