Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Analyst to join a large perth based mining and construction company. This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors system across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, data governance, and reporting, ensuring the platform operates efficiently to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Compensation, Variable Pay, Succession Planning, Reporting, and Learning & Development.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within the HRIS system in alignment with organizational policies and regulations.
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors enhancements, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and generate reports and analytics to support HR and business functions.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, functionality, and best practices.
- Experience in data governance and security management within HRIS platforms.
- Ability to analyze and interpret HR data for reporting and decision-making.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and system optimization.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors module implementations.
- Proficiency in Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting.
