About the Client: Our client is a well-established civil construction and mining contractor with a solid track record on complex, multimillion-dollar projects across Western Australia, specialising in Rehabilitation, infrastructure, and civil works. They are known for high employee satisfaction, making this an ideal opportunity for career growth and stability.

The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join this dynamic team on an attractive 8:6 roster-giving you an excellent work-life balance. This role involves overseeing projects valued at up to $50 million, including Rehabilitation, bulk earthworks, and general civil works.

Requirements:

  • S26 Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in civil construction or mining across Australia
  • Familiarity with end-to-end project responsibilities, from planning through to completion
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to lead effectively and hit the ground running
  • Strong, positive references showing a stable employment history
  • Prior experience managing projects of $30 million+
